Psoriasis is a long-term skin issue that grounds the skin cells to yield too rapidly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red spots on the skin. Usually, the skin cells develop progressively and sliver off about every four weeks. However, new skin cells develop to substitute the exterior sheets of the skin as they shed, but when it comes to psoriasis, the new skin cells change speedily to the skin surface in days rather than weeks. They grow up and procedure thick blotches that are known as plaques.

Here, the patches may be small or large in size and mostly, they appear on the elbows, hands, scalp, knees, feet, or lower back.
